Michelle Ficarra

Michelle Ficarra is one of the rare few for whom real estate is a full time profession, a passion and a lifestyle. Her illustrious career spans over 30 years where she has worked alongside some of the top leaders and titans in the industry. The experience she has gained has set her apart as one of the most sought after, knowledgeable, well-respected and discreet professionals in Westside real estate. Michelle has overseen over $4 billion in residential sales including countless luxury properties in the $30-$120 million range.

Michelle began her career in real estate in 1989 in Pasadena, California. As one of the youngest agents in her office, she quickly earned recognition for developing creative marketing proposals and listing tools. She excelled as a new agent and in 1991 she moved to the Westside of Los Angeles where she joined forces with Fred Sands, Founder and President of Fred Sands Realtors, one of the most successful independently owned real estate companies in the Nation. In this role, she deepened her knowledge of the real estate business including contracts, negotiation, risk management, property management and also assisted in the implementation of the Company’s franchising program.

In 2000 she returned to selling real estate and has since represented hundreds of buyers and sellers in several prime locations on the Westside from Malibu to the Sunset Strip. She has also represented a number of condominium developers, buyers and sellers along the famed Wilshire Corridor. Michelle has consistently ranked as a top producer receiving several prestigious awards. She has been consulted by such news media outlets as The Los Angeles Times, Entertainment Weekly, In Style Home, Extra, Entertainment Tonight and E! News.

Her success is attributed to her steadfast work ethic, including her dedication to studying and knowing the market, sales and trends. She has a genuine interest in helping people and is known for her patient and caring nature. Her passion for architecture and design led to her enrollment in UCLA’s Interior Design Program. This fueled her enthusiasm for listing and marketing some of the most spectacular properties on the Westside. She has a keen sense for advising her clients on everything from staging and preparing a home for sale, to overseeing photography and marketing and skillfully negotiating a sale to earn her clients the highest selling price possible.

Michelle spends her free time indulging in her love of travel, fitness, the outdoors and spending time with friends and family. She is an advocate for animal rights supporting numerous shelters and agencies.
