Prior to his real estate career, Kris pursued a degree in Law at St Mary’s University London and competed as a professional Track and Field athlete. In 2015, he earned a coveted scholarship to compete in the NCAA, where he garnered numerous academic and athletic accolades, including All-PacWest California Conference First Honors, All Region Honors, USTFCCCA All Academic Honors, and Athlete of the Week recognition. Returning to the UK as a Law graduate, Kris honed his expertise in property law while working for a top firm on the South Coast of England. His extensive knowledge of contracts, negotiations, and property law seamlessly translated into his transition to the US real estate market.

Outside of his professional pursuits, Kris finds joy in running along the beach with his new puppy Maui, exploring new destinations around the globe, and basking in the abundant sunshine of the west coast while savoring a refreshing margarita (or two).
